Prep time: Under 5 minutes
3/4 cup 100% pure canned pumpkin
1 large frozen banana
1.5 cups milk (we chose an almond-coconut blend)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (peanut, cashew, almond)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Handful ice cubs
Combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
